Through its innovative approach, HHSS empowers those who have endured hardships such as incarceration, domestic abuse, living with HIV/AIDS, or homelessness, offering them personalized support to embark on a journey towards a healthy, fulfilled, and ultimately successful life, culminating in the attainment and sustenance of permanent housing
